Useful tip: The realisation of the order placed at the weekend will begin on Tuesday after the payment is credited to our account on Monday.

PRODUCTION
The production takes 1-8 business days depending on the product:

PACKING
Our products are packed securely so that your item, even after a long transit, doesn't arrive damaged.
Photobooks and albums
Photobooks are first packed in cardboard with a weight of 420 g/m2 and then in a cardboard envelope with a weight of 360 g/m2 and a poly mailer. In the case of the 30x30 format, bubble wrap is used instead of the envelope. Photo albums are packed directly into a cardboard envelope with a weight of 360 g/m2 and a poly mailer.
Calendars
Calendars are protected with a cardboard box with a weight of 379 g/m2 or, as in the case of the A3 and XL format, with a tube with a weight of 467 g/m2. They are also protected against moisture by a poly mailer.
Mugs
Mugs are packed first in cardboard and then in foil packaging for moisture protection.
Magnets & sharebooks
Our magnets and sharebooks are packed in bubble mailers for protection against scratches, dings, and moisture.
Photo prints & insta photos
Before being packed in a cardboard envelope (90 g/m2) and a poly mailer, photo prints are put into a cardboard packaging with a weight of 380 g/m2 and insta photos are exta secured by a cardboard with a particularly high weight of 1230 g/m2.
Canvas
Formats up to 50x50cm are packed in a cardboard box (420 g/m2) which is then fastened with cable ties and wrapped in a poly mailer. Larger canvases ship in two layers of cardboard (580 g/m2). They cover every side of the canvas, are fastened with cable ties and finally sealed with a foil bag.
Useful tip: When placing orders, please note that mugs and canvases do not ship in the same package. Separate charges may apply.

Useful tip: Every next item will generate an additional shipping charge of 1GBP (except 2GBP for canvases, ClickPics and mugs). The total price will be visible in the cart. When placing an order, please remember that some products cannot be shipped together, e.g. photo mugs and photo canvases.

Standard shipping
The order is packed individually and sent to the address provided by the customer. As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an email with a tracking link. The status of the parcel can be tracked immediately.
Royal Mail
Consolidated shipping
Small packages are packed together into a larger package and sent to a sorting office. After having been sorted, they are sent to individual customers. Therefore, the status of the parcel is visible only after 2-3 days from the dispatch date.
Useful tip: After placing an order, you can change the shipping details within the country but you cannot change the destination country.
