You can check the status of your order in the "SHIPMENT TRACKING" tab or on the courier's website using your parcel number (tracking number). Your package number will be sent to you by automatic mail. You will also find it in the "ORDER HISTORY" tab.

Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk orders. To receive a discount price for your order, please use our "Bulk orders" contact form, available on the website.

3. What's the expiry date of my voucher code?

Each code has its expiration date shown on the offer or on the code itself. The expiration date determines the deadline for its redemption. Please note that the expiry date of the voucher and the expiry date of a project are two separate things - unpaid projects always expire after 3 months.

4. What are the technical requirements of the editor?

We kindly ask you to meet the following technical requirements of our editor:

Supported devices: desktop PC or laptop
Operational system: Windows 8/10/11/IOS
Internet browser: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox

If you fulfil these requirements only partially, you should still be able to run the editor, but it may not work 100% stable.

5. Is there a possibility to ship to a different country?

Yes, there is such an option. You can change the country of delivery in the second step of the ordering process. Remember to enter the address and contact number (country) in ''Your Details'' and below - in ''Delivery Address'' enter the address and contact number of the destination country. The cost of delivery depends on the country in question.

Please note - once your order has been paid for, you can no longer change the delivery country.

6. How long does the whole process (production and shipping) take?

It takes us 1-8 business days to produce your order. Delivery time depends on the destination country and ordered product. The most important information can be found on the 'production and delivery' subpage.

7. I've finished my project. Where can I redeem my voucher?
Your ordersFAQ

Once you've done your project and added it to the Cart, you can redeem your voucher code by typing the code into the "Enter discount code" text box under the name of your project in your Cart. After you've entered your code, please confirm the redemption by clicking "OK" button placed on the right. The total price of your order will change according to the value of your code.

8. Where do I enter my promo code?

1. Please create a Colorland account to get started. Registration is free.

2. Choose your product, template, size and pages quantity (you can enter the Groupon code in the green box on our home page to indicate which product you have bought)

3. Upload your photos to the editor

4. Create your dream photo product.

5. Once you’re happy with your project, click "Add to Cart" button.

6. Enter your code in the "Enter discount code" box and click on "OK" button.

7. After your code has succesfully been redeemed, you can choose special add-ons and the product's quantity.

8. Continue with the order by clicking the "Order" button and add the requested shipping information.

9. Check all details in the "Summary" tab and proceed to payment, so we could start processing your order!

9. How long does it take to print my order?

It takes approximately 1-8 business days, depending on the ordered product, to print your order before it's handed to the deliverer for shipping.
