1. What is the best photo resolution?

Better image quality gives better print quality. The recommended resolution of the images is 180 dpi (50 Mpix).

For photo canvases, we suggest using photos in following resolutions:

12x12 inches: 2343x2343px 170dpi
16x16 inches: 3012x3012px 170dpi
20x20 inches: 3248x3248px 150dpi
24x24 inches: 3839x3839px 150dpi
12x8 inches: 2343x1673px 170dpi

2. What is the maximum photo size I can upload?

The maximum size of a single photo is 65Mb.
The maximum resolution of a single photo is 65 Mpix.
The maximum length of the longer side of the photo is 16 500 pixels.

3. Which photo formats are allowed?

Our editor will only accept the following formats of photos:
.JPG
.JPEG
.PNG
.HEIC
.HEIX
.AVIF
.WEBP
.TIFF

4. I'm not sure if my photos are of sufficient quality
Photos

No worries. Our editor will inform you if any of your photos are of insufficient resolution.
Our online editor can only detect the resolution of your photos. It won't inform you if your photos are blurred or too dark/bright.

5. Why does it take so long to upload my photos?
Photos

The uploading time depends on your connection speed (upload speed) and the size of photos. We suggest not to upload more than 40 photos at a time.

6. My photos look old or faded
Photos

You can use our 'Smart Colour Correction' add-on (available during the ordering process). Your photos will look amazing!

  • discrepancies related to the aspect ratio of the graphics to the selected format, or files damaged by the user during the creation of the project (e.g. too poor image resolution or too large images)
